Le Cacao Chuncho Urusayhua, fierté du Pérou, est parmi les cacaos les plus fins au monde. Il est recolté dans la valéée d'Urubamba, à proximité du Machu Picchu sur des petites plantations en bio de producteurs indépendants. Ce chocolat est d'une belle douceur avec des notes de fruits rouges et de fruits secs.
