Brazil - Cerrado Mineiro - Araxá
Chocolate Notes
Reinaldo's roots lie in the Galicia region, where he hails from a family of farmers. The love of the land and cultivation has been passed down from generation to generation. From Galicia to Paraná, then from Paraná to Cerrado Mineiro, Reinaldo found the ideal conditions for growing coffee in this region. A pioneer at heart, with an entrepreneurial spirit, perseverance to prosper, and a long-term vision—these are his values.

The Cerrado Mineiro region is a world-renowned high-quality coffee origin—Brazil's first "Appellation d'Origine"—located in the northwest of the state of Minas Gerais.

The region's distinct seasons—a hot and humid summer and a pleasantly dry winter—are a major characteristic. Coffee plantations are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,300 meters, yielding high-quality coffees with a unique identity.
