San Martín - Selva Verde
The San Martín region, located in northeastern Peru, stands out as one of the coffee-growing areas with the greatest potential for producing specialty coffees. Coffee plantations there are mainly developed between 1,100 and 1,800 meters above sea level, in a tropical climate with average temperatures between 17 and 22 °C and well-distributed rainfall throughout the year, favoring slow and uniform maturation of the coffee cherries.
The soils, rich in organic matter, with good moisture retention and natural drainage, allow for the development of dense, high-quality beans. In general, most coffee trees are grown under partial shade, combining traditional practices with technical management aimed at optimizing soil fertility and crop health.

This lot comes from the producer Eduby Febre, whose farm is located in the Selva Verde area. In this region, small family farms predominate where coffee is mainly grown under the shade of indigenous trees, applying sustainable techniques adapted to each terrain.
The active involvement of producers in training programs and local associations ensures careful crop management, which is reflected in the quality of the coffees obtained.
